Tooltips

Attach a tooltip to define acronyms and terms, hints, and more.

  1. In the Editor, select the text you would like to attach a tooltip to and click the Tooltip icon, which is located at the left of the Insert… menu.
  2. The Insert Tooltip dialog appears.



  3. In the Tooltip field, enter the text that should be displayed for the tooltip.
  4. Once you have made your modifications, click the green OK button at the bottom of the dialog box.



Use the navigation menu to quickly navigate to specific slides.




Question Results

Display the results of all, or selected, questions.

  1. In the Editor, after inserting questions, select Insert… menu then Results (under the Question category).
  2. The Insert Question Results dialog appears.



  3. By default, the results displayed are for All questions in the project. To display results for a specific group of questions, click the Selected questions option, then click the Questions tab.
  4. Use the Shift key on your keyboard to select the questions to include when displaying results.



  5. Once you have made your modifications, click the green OK button at the bottom of the dialog box.

Question Feedback/Try Again

Enable or disable the 'Show Feedback' and 'Try Again' functionality.

  1. In the Editor, double-click to edit an existing question or use the Insert… menu to insert a new question.
  2. The Edit/Insert Question dialog appears. Select the Feedback tab.



  3. On the Feedback tab:
    • Display answer feedback – When this option is selected, the correct/incorrect answer feedback will be displayed after the question is submitted.
    • Display retry button – When this option is selected, the retry button will be displayed after the question is submitted (when incorrect).
  4. Once you have made your modifications, click the green OK button at the bottom of the dialog box.

New Themes

Try the new 'Grid' and 'Savvy' themes.

  1. In the Editor, click the Project Settings icon, which is located at the top left of the screen.
  2. The Project Settings dialog appears. Select the Theme tab.



  3. Use the Theme drop down menu to select the desired theme.
  4. Once you have made your modifications, click the green OK button at the bottom of the dialog box. Any changes that you've made become effective immediately on your project.

Custom Slide Backgrounds

Upload and use your own custom slide background image.

  1. In the Editor, click the Slide Settings icon, which is located at the top left of the screen.
  2. The Slide Settings dialog appears. Select the Background tab.



  3. Use the Browse Server button to select a custom background image for the slide. Use the Background Position, Repeat and Size fields to specify the CSS properties for your background image. You may also use the Choose Color button to select a custom background color for the slide.
  4. Once you have made your modifications, click the green OK button at the bottom of the dialog box.
